Terms of Service
Effective date: 19 July 2026
These terms govern use of Pulseqo, a workplace communication and emergency-alert service provided by FLYONIT. If an organisation gives you access to Pulseqo, you must also follow that organisation's authorised-use and workplace policies.
Accounts and authorised use
Accounts are created or authorised by participating organisations. Keep credentials confidential, use two-factor authentication when required, maintain accurate contact details, and notify your administrator or Pulseqo immediately about suspected unauthorised access. You may use Pulseqo only for lawful, legitimate organisational purposes.
Alerts and emergency communications
Pulseqo helps organisations distribute information through selected channels. Delivery can be affected by internet, mobile-network, device, email, carrier, Microsoft, Apple, Google, and third-party-provider availability. Pulseqo does not replace emergency services. In an emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service and follow your organisation's procedures.
Administrator responsibilities
Organisation administrators are responsible for lawful recipient lists, message content, consent, channel selection, account permissions, and compliance with employment, privacy, telecommunications, emergency-management, and marketing laws. Administrators must not send unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, or unauthorised communications.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, scrape data, or use Pulseqo to harm others. Pulseqo may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, organisations, providers, or the service.
Privacy and account deletion
The Pulseqo Privacy Policy explains data handling. Mobile users can initiate account deletion in app Settings or through the deletion request page.
Availability, changes, and liability
Pulseqo works to maintain a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be updated for security, reliability, provider, legal, or operational reasons. To the extent permitted by law, Pulseqo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
